It's been a while since I wrote an update for Wipeouts and I feel they definitely need one. We have been stopping in regularly for a while now and while sometimes the service can be spotty, we really enjoy our time there. We do have a favorite bartender as well although her name escapes me at the moment, but when we see her working we know we are in for a treat. She's friendly and attentive which is not always the case for others. Mostly we order the boneless wings but we also enjoy the fried pickles occasionally. Also they have $3 fireball shots...EVERYDAY!

My husband and I needed to watch the Browns game and found that wipeouts was a browns backer club We came in on the patio and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with people who loved our team The service was great the wings and nachos were delicious and were quickly brought out We now know where will be for the football games Browns are now 0 and 1but hopefully that will change

There are a few things that I use when deciding how good or great a wing place is- 1- wings. The wings were superb. Grilled wings without breading leave you ready to take on the rest of the day without needing a nap. The flavored had a wide range, and (most important to me) the hot was actually enough to break a sweat (but I'll definitely do extra hot in the future). 2- drinks. The bar tap had a beer for everyone, from piss beer to local craft and my local IPA was just under 5$. There are also a lot of daily deals for different drinks or drink and food combos. 3- service. This is what is so unique. I have never been to a bar/grill that feels so "local." The entire wrap around bar was talking to each other. The bartender (vicky) immediately learned and addressed me and my friend by name the entire time as well as everyone else who obviously were loyal regulars. My friend then ordered some flavor and vicky literally told him no you're gonna get this- and she made a similar but much better flavor (blackened teriyaki, and wow it was good). Personal service in a community feeling bar, hard to find. Truly unique, highly recommended.

Great, pleasant surprise. I had heard it was good, so my girlfriend and I drove over to check it out. Upon seeing it's strip mall location, I was wary, but it ended up being a great meal. Service was very professional and friendly, and the food (tenders and wings) was great on an NFL Sunday. If this place was a bit closer I'd be there all the time, and I hope they continue to be successful.

Stopped in on a Sunday to watch some football and have some wings. We were pleasantly surprised. It's a great little local watering hole and the wings are superb. Also sweet potato fries. Two drinks, 20 wings and fries for 30$. we will be back! They also have daily specials and evening entertainment (from poker to quiz night ). Met the owner briefly (maybe manager?) and he was extremely pleasant.

The wings are very good. We had a mixture of sauces combining the hot sauce with the blackened seasoning. They are fried then grilled and the flavor was great. The beer is cold and it looks like they have a ribeye special on Tuesday nights. The decor is not bad and they have quite a few TV's for the space.

Had the lemon pepper wings and they were on point. Would have given them 5 stars but they wont let you get two types of wings unless you order more than 20. Besides that everything else was great!

Great place to just hang out and have a good time. Good wings, friendly staff. They have poker nights, trivia night, bike night, and now a bingo night.

Hey, Wipeouts. You're alright by me. You have a native, intangible seediness that, at first, I found unappealing, but now, is kinda why I like you. You're gritty, unapologetic, and basic; like my favorite ex-boyfriends. Your wings are yummy too. Actually, everything I've had here has scored pretty high on the yum factor. I loved the Fish Tacos, which are offered fried, grilled, or blackened. (I go blackened!) Out of the "Surfin' Sandwiches," I liked the BeachClub with a "Sick Side" of sweet potato fries. I also really appreciate a menu that makes me feel like I'm a character in Point Break. "Let's snag some Burnout Boneless Wings before we shred that foamy gnar, brah" Ha! How fun. This is also a great spot for an outdoor lunch. I love sitting on the patio with a table of friends, sipping a cold, frosty beer. Granted it's probably a Bud Heavy cause I'm at Wipeouts, but it'll taste good on that day for some reason. The service is always quick and efficient, but with an old-school attitude. Just tell 'em what you want and they'll bring it. Eat it. Then you pay. Simple as that. It's a truly no-frills, local spot and, as far as I can tell, it has managed to remain a relatively well-kept secret. Don't let the divey, strip-mall appearance fool you though, Wipeouts is shreddin up some serious snackage!

I headed over to Wipeouts Grill looking for a calorie-heavy dinner of wings, fries and a few sticks of celery to make me feel like I was at least adding a little bit of green veggies to the meal. After I called in the order I could feel my stomach grumbling at the thought of an order of sweet thai chili wings, shoestring fries and crispy celery. I arrived just before the order was ready and the waitresses were very attentive. A few minutes later, a steaming to-go container arrived with the goods. When I got home and sat down to sink my teeth into the meal, I realized that there was a container of ranch dressing but there were no celery sticks. Strike number one. The wings had a good flavor but it didn't sink into the meat. I really needed a side of sauce. Strike number two. The staff was really apologetic for leaving the veggies off and even offered to pack up a few sticks if I returned. But, after eating the wings and soggy fries, which did not appear "shoestring", I decided that it wasn't worth it to head back to Wipeouts just for a few celery sticks. My mom will have to understand tonight!

One of my favorite places at the beach for great bar food and ice cold beer! In my opinion, the best wings at the beach, but everything I have had here has been good! They have both food and drink specials everyday and the price is right! A lot of regulars frequent the location and the service is always fun!

This place is little known gem in Neptune Beach. It is great for a salad topped with chicken or a burger. The prices are very reasonable and they have a different special every night of the week. They have recently renovated their patio and it is quite spacious. Be weary of some of the beer prices, though. The (in my humble opinion) "better" beers can push 5.50 per pint. None the less, I've never had a bad experience!

WipeOut's Grille is tucked into the corner of the TradeWinds Plaza. When I wheeled into the plaza, I was surprised to see it. So I had to stop for lunch. What a great little find! It is not a large restaurant, but it is spacious and airy. The bar is long to accommodate many and the booths comfortable. There is outside seating, but I doubt we will see anyone out there till Fall! The menu is fun with names like "Shreddin Salads" and "Surfin Sandwiches". I had Wipeout's Fish Tacos. They come with either marinated, grilled or blackened fish, lettuce, tomato, cheese with a chipotle - cilantro sauce and sour cream. I got the blackened and Loved them!! Just spicy enough for a little more sweet tea, but not burn your taste buds off. The staff is friendly and I could tell I would be coming back. Maybe for a beer on the deck this fall?!

Great local place at the beach. Friendly staff and decent food. I like the burgers and the blacken fish sandwiches. Original art on the walls. I think it is for sale. Fun place to hang out and have a conversation with friends and neighbors. The Wi Fi in there is really good as well. There is a patio also for when the weather gets a little warmer.

We get wings from this place every Saturday to bring home to eat and watch football. (Btw, wings are the only thing we have tried). We just moved here and I was little sad to leave behind our old wings place. We love dry wings (like lemon pepper) and we didn't think we would be able to find another place that offered those but we were wrong! Thank you Wipeouts!

Good place to grab a burger for lunch. Also had breakfast there and it was better than the more expensive breakfast joint up the street. Nice waitresses, great cooks, pleasant atmosphere!
